I acquired my Pacifica in 2009. During the cold months especially- It will stall while reversing out of my driveway. This started within months of buying the car. It has also stalled while stopping at stop signs several times. Usually, if I wait a moment I can restart the vehicle, put it in reverse and get it going. All mechanics I have brought it to tell me in order to diagnose it they must see the action repeat. This has never happened. And I imagine it will never happen while in their care.

I would like to add that it has stalled while driving 2 other times. Once while turning a corner possibly a wee bit fast but not out of control. No ice or slippery conditions. The other time- I was traveling about 65-70 mph & suddenly came upon a "flash hail storm". Where my vehicle took over.I completed a 360 degree turn- luckily ended up in an embankment. Steering went out & vehicle stalled. I should have died as there was a semi truck with in seconds of me- head on.

I recently became aware of a recall on the power train control module. Chrysler tech told me that recall is not associated with the problem I am having. I would like to have this resolved ASAP. My car does not feel safe to be in. Any insight or need more information?

I noticed the vibrating at the front end after having the front motor mount replaced. After I had the front motor mount replaced I still heard a "loose" clanking sound at the front left end of the vehicle while going over bump or turning left while going over a bump. I took it back in & was told the rear motor mount needed to be replaced. -Why wouldn't they have replaced that while they were in there?- I am getting a second opinion today.

Thank you!

They may not have seen the rear motor mount problem or didn't check it. Check your fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it, and clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole
