The truck stalls while running with the A/C on during lunch break.
Check engine light came on. Scanned at AutoZone. “Crankshaft position” sensor.
I replaced the air filter. The fuel filter is not serviceable. (Per AutoZone)
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg

Also, today while driving home from work (with the engine light still on) the truck “bucked” a little and the traction control dash light came on. It continues to shift hard the remaining few miles.

Yep, it sounds like the truck is in limp mode. I would replace the crankshaft position sensor and then clear the codes which should fix it. Here is the location and how to change the crankshaft sensor out. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

That’s what I figured! How do I clear out the code? Do I just unhook the battery for a couple hours?

No, there is an option to "clear the codes" on the scanner. It is the only way to clear codes on an OBD2 system.
