I recently replaced my ecu but this has just been happing for a while. I've replaced every sensor and made sure everything was cleaned and working but every time I slow down it drops down to low rpms or will just stall. I sometimes can put it in neutral to help it from stalling but it just stalls or starts to drop rpms in the 100-200 range whenever I slow down

The first thing to do is drive it at highway speed, then coast for at least seven seconds without touching the pedals. That will meet the conditions needed to initiate a relearn of "minimum throttle". Until that relearn takes place, idle speed is going to be too low.

If that doesn't solve the problem, you'll need a scanner to view live data, the "idle steps" in particular. That will give us an idea of what is happening.

This relearn has to be done anytime power is lost to the Engine Computer. That includes disconnecting the battery or the computer.
