Stalling when I slow down

It happens often at least almost every time when I slow down to a stop the car will die and then I put it in neutral and it starts right back up and put it in drive but it doesn't do it when I consistently stay on the gas what could be the issue?

This sounds like a vacuum leak, or you have a dirty throttle bore. here are some guides to help you fix the problem:
