Stalling when driving slow or idling?

I have had an issue with my car listed above for the past month where it will every so often stall if I sit at a light for too long or if I'm driving slow. The engine shuts off and all the dash lights come on. If I shut off the ignition and turn it back on, it'll start right up but sometimes it will rev for a bit afterwards. I have replaced the IAC valve and changed the spark plugs and wires. I thought either one of those could have been the issue but it has stalled again today. I am at a loss and I don't know where I should be turning my attention to next.

This sounds like a vacuum leak, I would remove the PCV hose and inspect it, these cars had that problem with this line. Here is what I am talking about in the images below, also I would service the throttle body and here is a guide to help you check for leaks as well.
