Sounds like the motor is full of water.

Have a shop check it for you to confirm

Mine did that, fuses no 38 and 45, those plastic fuses that plug in like relays under the hood, the manual tied them in to crank and run. One checked good but actually wasn't, there around 5 bucks each at autozone. Hope this helps. You might check them all while you're at it.
