Stabilizer bar links removal issue?

Trying to replace my front stabilizer bar links but having trouble getting the old ones off. Are there any tips or certain specialty tools I need? Any information would greatly help, thank you in advance.

They can be stubborn, spray wd40 and allow them to sit. here is a video of the job being done on a similar car, but the procedure is the same:

Thank you for your time. The problem I'm running into is the lower bolt of the link I can't get a wrench on the bolt because of the lower control arm and it's also pretty rusted. Can I use a cutting tool to get it out or is there something I am missing?

Nope that is a problem, you must be able to hold the link mount, or it will just turn. I have seen people apply pressure to reseat the taper which will hold the link joint from turning, this would be easiest instead of cutting. You can use vise grips, C clamp or channel locks. Let me know.

No problem, thanks for the image, I see the vise grips which I assume are attached to the bottom of the link. I would use an impact gun to remove the nut. If that doesn't work, please upload more images so I can see better of what's going on.
