Squealing when turning

When I first start my car then go to make a turn my car squeals.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Usually what we ask you to do is use your cell phone to make a recording of the noise and upload it here. It's hard to diagnose a sound without being able to hear it. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
