Squeaky brakes. Sometimes. Pads are new and brakes were re done, then it sat for a year in a garage.-

After I give a good solid braking when first leaving for the day the front brakes typically no longer squeak. I checked the pads they are very good and it had brake system redone a year or two ago. It only squeaks sometimes and definitely noisier when lightly tapping them. Can you help me?

Nothing to worry about here smokey. Taken the old puppy out for a drive sounds like fun. Sounds like a nice antique. Smokey after Cars sit for a long time without driving them they get a build up of rust on the front rotors. This noise well go away. All you are going to need to do is to drive her for a while. Thank you for using two car pros.
