At random times my ABS, Traction Control, Brake, and sometimes my service engine soon light will come on. When I start my car they will sometimes all come on at once, othertimes there may b one or two that come on. My dash will also display"Service Stability System" or" Service Suspension System"and will start making dinging noise till I clear it from my dash. Took it to shop to have them scan it and they say they don't kno and when they clear codes all the lights come back on and that I need to take my car to dealer cause they dont have the scanner thats needed. Do you know what this could be?Is there any way around it to where im not paying alot of money? Also, once I hit speed of around 50 and touch my foot to brake my steering wheel shakes real bad and continues until it slows down quiet a bit. They think its my body control module maybe

Check your battery for condition first including load test. A lot of times a bad battery cause al those fake codes as they are called. As far as the front end shaking sounds like your rotors are warped and you get pulsation through the pedal so a brake job should take care of that but you'll need either newrotors or yours turned if you can. If the battery checks ok then the dealer wil have to check it. It would need to go there anyhow if the bcm is bad as they are not interchangeable.
