#6 Spark plug location on engine block?

Number 6 is misfiring. Someone trying to help me, replaced a plug and put in some other plug, wrong gap and probably wrong one period. I am getting conflicting answers to the location of # 6 plug. Thank you.

Sure, the #6 cylinder is on the drivers side of the engine in the rear, furthest back. Here is a video to help with the misfires.
