Sound is like a bearing knock

Sounded if the car has a bearing knock but we open the engine but the bearings are as good as new and it was well torqued. How do I replace the lifters in the cylinder head and where is it situated? Please help.

Before you go any further you should have a professional look at this so you do not waste money on parts that are good. Have him check bearings and pistons as it may be that or even a bolt rubbing against something that has come loose. The lifters are in cylinder head if overhead cam along with followers that rub on camshaft.
