Why does my 1975 Porsche 914 2.0 L smoke after it is warmed up and only if I drive it erratically (lots of curves) It will smoke for 15 to 20 sec then stop. If I would swing the car left and right It would smoke again. If I baby it then it would not smoke.

What color it the smoke? Blue is oil. Black is unburned fuel. Grayish smoke is partially burned fuel

White smoke. I have owned this vehicle for over 20 years and it runs excellent. Only when I drive it erratically it will smoke for 15 to 20 sec then stop. If I purposely swing the car left and right it will smoke again.

White smoke is usually coolant but not here. Lol. That's unburned fuel so your carb may be sloshing to much fuel into the carb. Does it smell gassy?
