I am sure you have seen this before, can you tell me what can cause it? Both doors open from buttons on head panel or from buttons on side but not when i lift the handles both while closed or open, don't they open like odysseys? Passenger side works but i have to lift it to move or it just keeps making this noise. I'll send video.

Yep, the is a stripped drive gear on the cable control system, you will need to remove the drive motor for inspection/replacement. Make sure the drive is not stripped. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response.

Remove the door panel on the sliding door. The drive motor should be there.

You can open up the motor to help confirm the issue.

The slide door motor? Does the lock make noise? I assumed the door was open when making the noise.

Ya it opens and closes. The lock closes and opens fine so i dont think its an actuator issue like some of the people having issues with theirs

I removed the door cover, it turned out it was actually the lock door actuator making the noise not the slide door motor, I was mistaken. How hard are they to replace
