Brakes problem
2004 Skoda Fabia 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 17500 miles

I have a fabia vrs 2004 on a 04 plate. I have only done 17,500 miles since new and my discs are becoming pitted. I renewed the worst two on the rear of vehicle but roughly 2 months after they were rusting as well. I had a word with garage and they said I was not using car enough. Another garage said it was because they have taken asbestos out of brake pads. It is the only car I have had this trouble with, but apart from this problem I would recommend this car to anyone. Just curios to know if anyone can shed any light on subject.

How often do you use the car? You could try a different make of disc. Car being stood for periods is the reason for rust. The longer stood the worse the rust eats the metal causing pitting.
