Signal lights and power windows wont work

The four ways work fine and all the headlights however the power windows for back and passenger side will not work and the signal lights also will not work

Check the fuses and switches.

We have checked all the fuses both under the dash and the ones under the hood. We also checked the main fuses next to the battery. That's why we are so stumped.
Is their something else that we are missing?

We didn't find a switch what we found was a sealed circuit board Not sure what switch to check for windows
