Shuttering when in idle and while driving

I just got an 06 f15. I'eve replaced the mass air flow sensor and the coil packs and I am still having a problem with it running. What other possibilities could cause this to happen?

You're describing a common misfire. Worn spark plugs are the most common suspect. Have the diagnostic fault codes read and recorded too. There may be one indicating which cylinder is misfiring. The people at many auto parts stores will read the codes for you for free.
