I was just pulled from a ditch cause by the snow and a truck pulled me out. Now my left rear tore shakes really bad. I can only go 50 mph.

If that wheel hit something, it is likely bent and will need to be replaced. You should be able to see that when it rotates slowly.

More likely the back side of the wheel is impacted with snow and ice. When that happens to my minivan, it always clears out on the next warm day. Until then, I just put up with the bouncing. I'm too lazy to crawl underneath to clear the wheel.

There are 2 oval holes at the bottom. He pulled out far the far back one. Are you sure there was nothing he could has messed up from underneath?

Two oval holes on what? The wheel? The frame? The suspension parts?

I can't read your sentence to make to make sense out of what you're saying. Any chance you could post a few photos of what you're looking at?

I have no way of seeing your car or what might have happened, but I can tell you any type of shaking or vibration has to be caused by something that is rotating. Broken parts, such as suspension system parts, can allow that movement to take place or become worse, but they don't cause that vibration. The only things I can think of are the bent wheel or it's impacted with snow. You can see the bent wheel wobble when you look back at it while driving very slowly. The impacted snow isn't so obvious.
