Column and black boxes are smashed need to by-pass to start it

The column is smash the key switch and there are to black boxes that are smashed. how can I by pass them to start it?

You cannot bypass the alarm system it is part of the PCM/BCM you must repair the security system to have the car work. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
