Yep, I have seen this problem before and if the fuses are good the seat heater control module under the passengers seat goes bad, or there is corrosion at the electrical connector for the module. Here are the fuses and the exact location of the module, you should also do a CAN scan for codes which can help us troubleshoot the problem.
