Saying doesnt read transmission an sluggs when get to 40miles

You need to install the proper computer. Unfortunately, you can't just grab any computer and expect it to work. Part numbers are different. The computer you installed is programmed for a 4wd system and has certain parameters based specifically on 4wd that will affect the transmission and possibly other components. Yes the vehicles may both be called Dodge Durango but they are very different in many ways. For example, if you take 2 vehicles that are the same year, make and model but one has cruise control and the other one doesn't. If you take the computer off of the vehicle that does not have cruise control and install it into the vehicle that does have cruise control, you will no longer have cruise control but that computer does not recognize cruise control and there isn't a dedicated CAN communication line for it.
