Saturn vue tune up vacuum chamber

Hopefully the pics will attach. The pen is pointing to the area in question. Between the clips there is a round circle with several pin holes in it. Is there a part, rubber seal or something that goes on top of it? If the pics don't show again. Thank you. Linda

There was a bulletin to reseal that part of the plenum but on the bottom side of it.There are no seals up there that i remember. He has to be careful or he is going to cause lean codes take that apart.Why did he remove that to replace the coil? Thats under the cover of the intake manifold all he had to do is remove that plastic cover to get to the bolts that hold the intake manifold on remove the fuel line etc.Also please dont start another question to post your reply post your to this question.If you start a new question i wont get a email telling me you replied to the question.
