1997 Saturn SW2 rattleing noise

I changed the idler, tension pullies and the harmonic balancer and still haveing the rattleing sound only when a/c is on and car is in idle give it gas and its goes away.

You said you replaced the tension pulley you didn't replace the whole belt tensioner assembly the spring loaded pulley?

Yes im sorry I did replace the assembly as well as the harmonic balancer and the idler pullley also im thinking its must be the a/c compressor (piston) now its only making the sound when a/c is on but goes away when you take off.

Have you tried spinning the a/c compressor pulley with the belt off and seeing if it moved side to side?Also have you tried spinning and seeing if the a/c compressor clutch was loose?
