First of all, I'm not sure if my Saturn is 2 wheel or front wheel drive, I just guessed.

My problem started within the last week or so. At first I actually thought it was the roads I was driving on. It felt like there were "ridges" in the road, so my car slightly shook as if it were going over bumps. Now I know it is definitely my car! My car is shaking (shimmying) and pulling to the left. I know for a fact that my tires are very old and need to be replaced with new ones. I plan on doing that this payday. Will that with a front end alignment fix my problem, or could it be something much worse (and more costly)? Your advice is very appreciated!

U have a front wheel drive and two wheel drive car its driven by the front wheels only. As far as ur problem cant tell u for sure without looking at it or someone else seeing if the front end is loose or has something bad in it. It could just be a bad tire even with a seperating tread. When u bring it in to get tires and alignment they will check the front end if they have trouble aligning it they will dig further. Also tell them the problem ur having when u bring it in so they can look at why its happening. Sorry I cant help u further but without someone looking at it even u thats about all the help I can give. Let me know what they find and good luck to u.
