2000 Saturn Station Wagon

I have a 2000 sw1 saturn station wagon and I was about to replace the signal flasher, when lo and behold; IT was gone!

Where the hell is the flasher relay (is it behind the Driver fuse foot panel; and if so, how do I open the damn thing "the actual fuse box assembly")?

Ur flasher relay is on the backside of the inside fuse panel. Its behind the driverside foward kick panel right in front of the center console. Its just velcro on the front part and the rear part towards the center console it hooks in there.U will see the chime module which is big and the smaller square item is the flasher. It has a tab u have to move to the side to pull it out. Let me know how it goes.
