2002 Saturn Sport Coupe my wife drained the battery

So I went and bought a new one and put it in and now te car just turns over and dosent start
is there a switch or something that I need to reset when I hook up a new battery

what can I do to get this running it was running great before she forgot to shut the lights off and drained it

even with a new battery it still just turns over dosent start
