I stopped my car in front of my building and put on the 4-ways to go upstairs for a couple minutes. When I returned, the 4-ways weren't on anymore, and my signal lights weren't working either.

Is there a reset switch, or something was pulled loose in the steering column?

I've checked the fuses before, there are no signal lights showing on the dash, it's all dead. When I push up/down the lever to signal. Nothing.

No, I don't have a multimeter.

If u want to trouble shoot ur problem u will need a multimeter there pretty cheap and nice to have around the house for problems like this. It could be ur switch or flasher relay without some tests with a multimeter I can't really say what it is. Let me know if u want to get a meter and do some tests.
