I have been having problems with my saturn. I go to start it everything turns on lights, radio but the engine will not crank over. The only I can hear is a clicking noise when trying to attempt to start the car. I thought that it was the starter so I replaced it. The car worked fine a few times but the next day it was back to the same old thing. Oh and I got the old starter tested and it was still good. Replaced the ignition today and still no luck. Any ideas?

Where is the clicking noise coming from under the dash? Also do you have a test light or multimeter?

I am having the same problem.
The only thing I can think of at the moment is that there is something shorting in the wiring that would cause the battery to lose power as soon as you try to start the engine.
