What caused an oil covered spark plug with some in piston cylinder #1 And black carbon like on cylinder spark plug #4i? Cylinder 2-3 looks normal.

what steps to remedy situation?
Also does Ring Seal oil additive work?
And would Fuel System cleaner additive clean inside
the spark plug piston cylinder?

Thanks ! For your great Web Site and any info.

Is there blue smoke comming out the tail pipe when it's running if not then that oil u saw in the cyclinder had fallen in there when u removed the spark plug the valve cover leaks around the spark plugs into the tube area where the plugs go pretty common. As far cleaning carbon in ur engine best way is thru ur pcv vaccuum line with cleaner but don't recomend just anyone doing that don't want u to harm ur engine.U can get some chevron techron fuel cleaner not as good as threw the pcv but it will help. If ur burning oil how much are u using in 2,000 miles u can use Lucas oil treatment that's what I use in my car and sisters car every oil change it really helps slow down oil burning. Well let me know what u find.
