1994 Saturn SL2 rattle noise when engine under load idling

I cannot seem to diagnose a loud rattle under the hood, souds like its coming from passenger side. Occurs when I put car in gear at a stop and when I turn the a/c on. Rattle stops (or slows) when at a stop I put car in neutral. I just replaced the engine mount passenger side.

You might want to remove or relieve the tension on the serp belt, then by hand spin the a/c alternator and idler and tensioner pulleys, bad bearings on these will make noise, if they check out ok, check the exhaust, paying attention to loose heat shield, and catalytic converter by banging on it and see if the inside "bed" broke up.
