Windshield wipers will not stop in any position , once turned on,until the engine is turned off.What do I do?

Theres the information you will need to test if its the switch wiper module or wires.You will need a multimeter that does ohms to test everything.Let me know what you find my guess is the wiper module aka the wiper motor.
