Recently, I have been having problems with the electrical system in my 96' sl1. At first, every now and again the windows and the A/C would quit working. After turning the car off, then back on after a while, they would work again. The problem has progressed and now I have lost Cruise control, A/C, power windows, Rear defrost, daytime running lights. I have checked all the fuses, swapped relays, but the only thing I haven't done is check for power to and from the fuses, which happens to be the next step. Do you think a simple short in a wire can cause all this mayhem? Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. The car still runs great, no misfires or any other problems with running, just kinda hard to drive in 98 degree heat with the windows up and no A/C. Thanks for your time.
