Will the bolt patterns in the motor of a 01 Saturn sohc 5 speed work in the motor of a 95 Saturn LS1 5 speed?

I looked it up on mitchel ondemand and it says there differnt part numbers ur 95 sl1 is 21120500 and ur 01sl1 is 21120612 part number so I would say no there not interchangable.

Iam so sorry I totally miss read ur question.I was thinking in my head u were talking about a transmission swap. So the part numbers I told u were the transmission ones. But the engine swap still wont work with that 2001. The pistons, head, intake, injectors, and other things are differnt on that 2001. So u will have connector issues from what I saw. Ur best bet is to call saturn and ask them what engines are interchangeable. Let me know what u find and how it goes. Again sorry about the mix up.
