1995 Saturn SL1 loud vibration when turning left and accele

For the last week my car seems to make a loud vibration noise when I make left turns and accelerate. The noise will continue unless I go over a speed bump. Sometimes it will run fine without any of those issues. I keep being told online that its probably the bearings but im not sure. Car does idle hard when the noise occurs with a lot of vibration. Please offer any suggestions

Is there any noise on full lock and turning slow, say if you were in a supermarket car park and turning into a park space?

It only does it sometimes, strangely the problem im having is only off and on. Its not very consistent

First of all thank you so much for your donation.Here's another take on your problem look at the diagram i posted that is your upper motor mount Open up your hood and see if yours is badly damaged torn broken loose etc.Most likely that's what you will find causing your vibration while turning.Let me know what you find.
