1994 Saturn SL1 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hi, I am about to get a 1994 Saturn. I think it is an SL1. The current owner says that all the car needs is a "fuel pump relay". What is the fuel pump relay, and is it easily replaceable? Would I be able to do it myself or would I have to take it into the shop?

Hello, I'd want to check the fuel pump. The relay is easy to replace, you just pull the old one out, put the new one in. Sometimes the relays in a relay pack are the same, you may be able to swap relays, to check the pump, if the relays are the same? Like swapping the ac relay for the fuel pump relay. I don't know that your relays are the same, you need to look.

Thanks for the response. So I get that they are as easy to replace as a fuse. Now the question is where is it located? And how do I get to it?
