How do I put anti freeze or water in my radiator and where is it located? Please I need help! Thank you

When the engine is cold on the passenger side of the engine compartment there is a bottle with a screw lid. It's closer to the whindshield the one closer to the head light is for washer fluid. The one closer to the windshield with the screw lid is where you add water or coolant. How low is your coolant?
