1995 Saturn SC2 oil in the antifreeze

I get oil mix in w/my antifreeze.I took it to a mechanic and he replaced the engine w/a 1998 engine, replace the radiator, water pump. And it still is happening the oil mixes in w/the antifreeze. Antifreeze runs out fast need to add antifreeze constantly. What could it be

Ur still getting oil in the coolant after all that work?Ur loosing coolant can u see it on the ground?Or is it getting into ur engine block?Let me know.

From experience I can tell you that you either have blown the head gasket or damaged the heads.
