Hi I have a 2000 Saturn SC with 165000 miles, automatic transmission, and has been running great until now. It was working fine, then when I went to start it up, the engine wouldint start and all the dashboard lights would light up and blink, and the electric door locks were not working. The engine was turning over, but not starting. I am not a car expert, and I had it towed to a garage. The mechanic there couldint figure out the problem but suspected it was the computer. He had a saturn computer specialist(who did not know the problem either) come in and "reboot" the computer, and reconnect all the grounds coming from the computer (63 I think he said) and the car started up fine. But now two weeks later the same thing happened and it wont start, although the engine is turning over and all the dashboard lights are on and blinking. Can you figure out what is wrong, or give me some advice on how I should pursue this? Thanks

The way it sounds to me is you have a bad body control module that controls all the dash lights the security so the car doesnt start and it also runs the door locks.I would get a scan tool that can read body control codes and see if you can talk too the body control module. If you cant then you can go from there. Let me know what you find.
