Try taking a fuel pressure reading key on engine off to the run postion not start postion you should have about 40psi. But it sounds to me that u have a bad injector and the fuel is just going right by the nozzle without it even being activated by the pcm. Take off the air box and see if there are any pinched wires that are pinched by the airbox etc. Then have someone turn the key on to the run postion not the start postion while u watch the injector to see if fuel pours from it I have seen fuel just pour out of those injectors. Also you could have a bad pcm sensor but from what u say about the plugs being soaked I dont think it could be that though if theres that much fuel soaking the plugs. Let me know what you find and we will go from there.

U have a 94 single overhead cam engine right? If u do then u should have a throttle body injection not multiport.95 single overhead cam was the first year they did multiport on the single over head. Look and see injector squirting all that fuel pressure down ur throttle body that would explain ur fuel pressure going from 45-0psi and all ur plugs soaked in gas let me know what u find.

That grounds ur o2 sensor map tps sensor also check ur coolant temp sensor see if ur connector going to that is green if it is then u have to replace the connector.U can take the sensor out and see if it's cracked they usually crack when they go bad and get filled with coolant. Let me know what u find.
