2005 Saturn Relay how do I change the transmission fluid pr

Do I need to change the filter also? Do I need to go to a service center to get it done properly?

At early miles like this it would be best to have the transmission fluid and cooler lines flushed at a shop instead of simple drain and refill. The filter should be replaced as well
