Water in front floorboards of car

I just recently bought a used Saturn L300. It is a 2001 with 41,000 miles and a V6 engine. I have been noticing water in my front floorboards. It started out as just dampness; but now seems to be collecting there.(Especially drivers side) it is worse with air conditioner and heater on. Also when raining it might be coming from bottom of car. Other people have said things like air conditioner line is plugged, heater core, and body plugs missing from underneath car? I do not know which one and have not had it checked yet. I am hoping for some advice on this matter.

Too new to have floor board rot.

There is an evaporator drain that is plugged. Somewhere on the bottom of this is a drain. IT should exit somehere underneath the firewall area.
