Noise while braking as well as pulsing pedal 2001 L300

Hello I have a 2001 saturn L300 with 178,000 km on it. It had weak braking power and a rhythmic grinding noise but no pedal pulse. It wasn't that bad but I replaced the front rotors and pads. And almost right after the rhythmic noise reappeared but much worse and the pedal pulsates upon braking. The steering wheel doesn't move though. So I couldn't say warped rotors. And the noise is only under normal braking so I ruled out wheel bearings.
any suggestions?

Did you replace only the front brakes? What about the rears?

No But how can you warp solid rotors? I am not abusive rico sauve smooth. Plus there seems to be a loss of braking power and the passenger front squeeks a bit. But could it be the rear? Please help me I don't want to get screwed over by saturn mechanics
