Engine service light on SL-1 1998

1998 saturn SL-1 my service engine light came up after the mechanic pour some liquid to the gas whole. He told it was gas treatment I didnt even told him to that, and now i'm worry about what this could be. help?

Don't worry about what the gas whole did. You need to get the codes from the computer to get a starting point to trouble shoot this.

Once you have the codes, post them and we can continue.

Hey themeal666,

When you have the codes read be sure to write down the exact code. Also have the code/s cleared. Sometimes it is as simple as al loose gas cap and the light may not even come back on.
