Code P0102

I have a 2002 saturn lw300, with 90,000. I got the code p0102 mass air flow low input circut. I cleaned the sensor, checked for clogs in the intake system, and reset the code. Code still came on. I replaced the MAF sensor. Code still came on. The car seems to run fine. It might have a little less response to the throttle than it used to, but I know thats because of what ever is making the SES light come on.

So any ideas, the MAF sensor has been replaced. This is driving me crazy.

Thanks for the help.

Ya after replacement the codes where cleared. When the code gets cleared it stays clear untill the car gets turned off. So I clear the code. Drive the car. Get to where I need to go. When I turn the car back on ses light and code return.

So the Batt. Might do that to the MAF sensor?

VERY POSSIBLE. LOW VOLTAGE WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS IN MANY ELECTRONICS IN VEHICLES, AND DO A WIGGLE TEST AT THE MAF CONNECTOR TO SEE IF OT RUNS DIFFERENT

OK, I checked the Batt voltage. Batt is good. Wiggled wires and no change in operation. The old maf sensor when I lightly tapped on it, the car would start to run rough then die. The replaced one I can lightly tap on it and there is no change in operation.

I have cleared the code with a code reader. It goes out till the next time I start the car after being driven. I have disconnected the batt. The code again stays out till the car is restarted after the inital drive

I got a chiltons book for it but that dosent tell ya squat. I was looking for a wireing diagarm and something that says what wires go where and what they should be reading when I put an oham meter on it.

I'm totaly out of ideas.
