Brake light comes on

2000 Saturn SL2 145K miles both the brake light and the service engine with the wrench light are coming on. What should I check? The brakes were all replaced in June.

When was your last brakejob? Brake light comes on wgen the fluid in the master cylinder is low, and when the parking brake is set. MIL could be for anyother problem! Codes read for free at Autozone.
