2001 Other Saturn Models undercarriage plastic protection on

I have knocked off the undercarriage protection device on the front end of my SC2. I have managed to secure 3 areas but the fourth is hard to get to due to lack of maneuverability. I even tried a toggle bolt, but that did not work because it could not grip the plastic.

I had the same problem, however I used a bungee cord with j hooks. I just wrapped the cord around the plastic/slits and hooked to nearby hole/non movable area. I have had it for about a year with no problems. You can buy the cord at auto supply store and walmart sells them too. I tried the snap on screw before but the protect was cracked and would keep coming off. Hope it helps, good luck.
