2000 Other Saturn Models

My 2000 Saturn SL is getting a cylinder 4 misfire code and what is happening with the car is that the idle when it is stopped bounces and almost dies, and also when I drive it when I am trying to keep it at a constant speed with the gas pedal only about 1/2"-1" down the car bounces alot as if it was struggling for gas. I have ran 3 tanks of fuel injector cleaner in it and replaced the spark plugs, I'm quite the novice mechanic so do you have any other ideas?

If you can give us the code, and the vehicle model and engine size in liters, it's on a label under the hood, look for the white label.
