1998 Other Saturn Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

When I turn the ignition switch to start position the 30 amp Ign. 3 blows. What sholld I do?

I would see if the purple wire to the starter is shorting to ground somewhere before the starter.If you can't find it shorting somewhere then unhook the negative battery cable.Then unhook the purple wire to the starter tape up the end real good and then hook up the battery and see if that fuse still blow's in the start position if it doesn't then you have a bad starter.Let me know what you find.
