I believe that the ground in my left body splice pack may be the cause of my car only clicking when I turn the key (I brought it to the mechanics and after around 4 hours they said that the ground is bad on this splice pack)

I know I should pull it out and sand it down, but far as for cleaning, do I use a certain type of solution?

if its a bad ground on a splice pack most likely the ground end will need to be cut off and a new eye crimped on. sand the ground area with sand paper and reinstall.

Should I pull the whole ground out of the splice pack, or just take off the cover and sand the exposed metal?
