Engine Performance problem
1997 Other Saturn Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I get code 1404. Tried replaceing a one year old EGR valve but the code still comes up.
It seems to come back when starting to drive the car and not on the hiway. The holes have been cleaned. Any ideas?
